dark shaman

I started painting this one ages ago from a rough pen sketch I did and just wanted to 'finish' it a bit... not sure how I feel about it yet. I do like dark fantasy stuff - perhaps I'll try to do more of that.

alien ambassador

did this for a buddy at work - he wanted something to model for his personal portfolio and so I was only too happy to have an excuse to draw another creature / alien dude, lol.

gross fem monster thingies

a couple speed paints done in my 'spare time'. i like the she-spider-monster best... the fat cult queen is just all kinds of nasty and disturbing... and 'juicy' [gag]

a fairly quick paint from several design sketches for a personal project - this guy is my take on a kind of rescue unit deployed to investigate a strange signal on a nearby planet.

sci-fi favela

alot of recent movies and games have been featuring slums and favela-like locations... so I thought it might be nice to do a slightly sci-fi version of a favela built underneath a bridge. took me about 4 - 6 hours in photoshop.

worm of corruption

this freaky creature is a result of some little sketchbook doodles... i did a detailed drawing based off this and painted the thing up in photoshop - trying to pay more attention to lighting and mood. the blue tongue is inspired by some geckos that have blue tongues, and i thought it was gross... kinda unnatural. ;P
