Another concept artist at work threw down a challenge to take a character we had finished and do a redesign - trying to improve it or just taking a different approach. This was my result. A fun exercise and great challenge.

Holy shit, that's bad ass man. I got chills just looking at him. He embodies uncontrollable rage, insanity and evil all in one. ( its kinda scary how well you do that. :P) His facial expression says that he reeeeaallly wants to kill somebody. I love the details. very very cool.
